Tanya has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 1995 and has now qualified as a teacher.
She is passionate about yoga and is very excited to share her passion with others.

is suitable for people from all walks of life and with different levels of ability.
The level of support in Iyengar yoga, facilitated by various props is what
makes it so accessible to all and it is wonderfully therapeutic for so many
issues such as backache, stiff hips and groins.
