We are delighted to welcome Tanya De Leersynder teaching Iyengar Yoga at the Mindbody Health Centre Classes are on Tuesday mornings 9.45am - 11.15am Evening classes will begin on Wednesday 13th January 6.30pm - 8.00pm Price £8.00 drop in rate £7.00 if you make a bulk booking of 4 classes Tanya has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 1995 and has now qualified as a teacher. She is passionate about yoga and is very excited to share her passion with others.
